About our Founder - Charlotte Lakin
Charlotte started her first role in-house back in 2017. This experience gave her an understanding of the skills and attributes required of an in-house lawyer and inspired Charlotte to pursue her desire for a career in-house. Since discovering her passion, Charlotte has worked for companies including the John Lewis Partnership and Global. Charlotte is currently training in-house with Global.
"I created inlaw because I was frustrated at being unable to find all the information I needed in one place. I knew the information was out there, but I didn't always know where to find it. I knew I wanted to train in-house, but I didn't know where I could do this. inlaw was created to solved this problem and to help others on their journey to finding their career in-house."
