Charlotte Lakin
Founder & CEO
Charlotte is a Trainee Solicitor at Global. She is a former JLD Executive Committee member.
Charlotte studied Law at Brunel University and undertook her LPC at BPP.
She has both in-house and private practice experience and has previously worked for the John Lewis Partnership, Live Nation Entertainment and Dentons.
Charlotte founded inlaw to share her passion for in-house and to help others in the early stages of their legal career.
Sam Buckingham
Director
Sam is a Trainee Solicitor at AXA.
He studied Law at Brunel University and undertook his LPC at BPP.
Sam has previously worked for St James (part of the Berkeley Group) and in private practice and as a Paralegal at Warner Bros..
Sam is committed to growing inlaw's presence in London.
Katie Barker
Director & Regional Executive (North)
Katie is a Corporate Associate at Addleshaw Goddard.
Katie trained in-house at Network Rail in London and is Co-Chair on the Advisory Board of Aspire.
She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is committed to building inlaw's presence regionally.
Yasmin Lakin
Technical Director
Yasmin is a Tax Consultant at Deloitte and an actor.
She studied Accounting & Finance at LSE and has been working at Deloitte since 2017, where she has completed her ATT qualification and is currently working towards her CTA.
Yasmin works on updating the inlaw website and editing videos for the company.

Shonte Humphrey
Intern
Hi, my name is Shonte and I am a Law graduate. I graduated in November 2019, from the University of Law (Bloomsbury campus). I currently work in an estate agent; I have a YouTube channel and I also started a blog. I have also been learning Spanish via the app Duolingo and my grandad has also been teaching me. During this pandemic, I enrolled in a Harvard online course – Computer Science for Lawyers and completed a Python 3 tutorial course. Having been furloughed, it was the perfect time to learn new skills.
Kayleigh Jenkinson

Hi my name is Kayleigh and I am originally from north west London, about to embark on my final year at the University of Liverpool where I am reading International Policy & Politics and History.
